Torquay Hockey Club

Stretton Developments are proud to sponsor the Torquay Hockey Club for the next two (2) years.

Torquay Hockey Club was established in 2010. Since this time they have maintained a strong sporting presence in Torquay and the broader Surf Coast Community.

As a sport, hockey is in the unique position of being able to offer full family participation, with teams for men, women, boys and girls and open to all ages from Hook in2 Hockey, a program for young children) through to open age.

Strong growth at Torquay Hockey Club has seen the club grow from 21 junior players in 2010 to 12 teams with over 150 members in 2015. The Club has a strong family focus that encourages participation at all levels of endeavour whether it be playing hockey, coaching, umpiring, organising activities or enjoying each other’s company.
